Every creature in the cone must make a DC 13 CON save or become unable to breathe as it starts sneezing uncontrollably. A creature affected in this way is incapacitated and suffocating for 1 minute. If it is conscious, a creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a save. Undead and constructs are immune to this effect, as are creatures that don’t breathe or are immune to poison. Creatures resistant to poison damage gain a +2 bonus on saves against this effect.

Alternatively, you can expend 1 to 3 of the ring’s charges as an action to try to break an object you can see within 60 feet of you that isn’t being worn or carried. The ring makes a Strength check with a +5 bonus for each charge you spend.
