For three days, the rain over the valley of Dunmere has barely fallen at all.

A low, unmoving cloud hangs over the hills, and anyone who steps beneath it says the world turns thick and heavy—raindrops hang in the air, voices stretch strangely, and even a single step can feel like wading through syrup. People and animals caught too close to the heart of the storm move in a daze, unable to escape as the edge of this unnatural weather slowly creeps outward toward the village.

The elders swear there’s an old ruin on the hill where all of this began, and a local mage who went there to “buy the town more time” hasn’t returned. You’re being asked to cross the shimmering curtain of frozen rain, reach the hilltop, and put an end to whatever force is twisting the storm before Dunmere—and everyone in it—gets trapped in this warped moment forever.
