Miners working in the foothill tunnels have gone missing, their tools abandoned and eerie, high-pitched cries echoing from the mountains. The villagers whisper that a kobold clan, calling themselves the Shattered Fang, has claimed the abandoned mines as their lair, using traps and cunning to assert control over the area.
