This scroll bears the words of the 2nd-mastery spell listed, written in a mystical cipher. If the spell is on your class spell list, or it is a spell you could normally cast, you can read the scroll and cast the spell without needing a spellcasting implement. You can cast it normally or as its sacrifice effect. Otherwise, the scroll is unintelligible. Casting the spell by reading the scroll requires the spell’s normal casting time. Once the spell is cast, the words on the scroll fade, and it crumbles to dust. If the casting is interrupted, the scroll is not lost.

This glass vial is icy to the touch, and contains a deep blue liquid. As a quick action, the user can pour the contents onto a weapon of their choice, causing the weapon to deal 1d6 additional cold damage as the liquid freezes into an icy edge. If poured onto a ranged weapon, the liquid coats each piece of ammunition used, freezing as it is fired. This effect lasts for 1 minute.

This ring has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing the ring, you can use a focused action to expend 1 to 3 of its charges to attack one creature you can see within 60 feet of you. The ring produces a spectral ram’s head and makes its attack roll with a +7 bonus. On a hit, for each charge you spend, the target takes 2d10 force damage and is pushed 5 feet away from you. Alternatively, you can expend 1 to 3 of the ring’s charges as an action to try to break an object you can see within 60 feet of you that isn’t being worn or carried. The ring makes a Strength check with a +5 bonus for each charge you spend.

While the pearl is on your person, as a reaction when you are about to sacrifice a 1st-mastery or greater mastery spell, you can speak its command word to cast that spell’s sacrifice effect without sacrificing it. Once you use the pearl, it can’t be used again until you finish a daily rest. Only a spellcaster who can cast 1st-mastery or great spells can attune this item, and you can only attune a number of pearls of power to you equal to your CHA (minimum 1).
Quantity: 1
This wand can be used as an arcane implement. It can only be attuned to a creature that can cast arcane spells. This wand has 3 charges. While holding it, you can expend 1 charge as an action to cast the web spell from it (save DC 15). You can expend 3 charges from it to sacrifice and cast web (with the same DC). The wand regains all spent when you finish a daily rest.

This seemingly ordinary bag is made of tan cloth with a simple pull-string, which seems empty though strangely heavy. Reaching inside the bag reveals the presence of a small, furry object. You can use a focused action to pull the fuzzy object from the bag and throw it up to 4 squares. When the object lands, it transforms into a creature. The type of creature it transforms into is determined by the roll of a d8 (1-jackel; 2-ape; 3-baboon; 4-axe beak; 5-black bear; 6-giant weasel; 7-giant hyena; 8-tiger The creature is friendly to you and your companions and acts on your turn. You can use a quick action to command the creature. Without such commands, the creature acts appropriately to its nature, as determined by the GM. The creature remains for 1 hour or until it reaches 0 HP, at which point it vanishes. Once you pull a creature out of the bag, you can’t do so again until you finish a daily rest.

This prism has 3 charges. While you are holding it, you can use a focused or quick action to speak one of three command words and use one of its charges to gain one of the following effects: • Uttering the first command word while using a quick action causes the gem to shed bright light in a 6-square radius and dim light for an additional 6 squares. This effect lasts until you use a quick action to repeat the command word or you utter another of the gem’s command words. Using the gem this way doesn’t require you to expend one of its daily charges. • Uttering the second command word, using a focused action, and expending one of its charges, cause the gem to fire a brilliant beam of light at one creature you can see within 12 squares. The creature must make a DC 13 CON save or become blinded for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. • Uttering the third command word, using a focused action, and expending three of its charges, cause the gem to flare with blinding light in a 6-square cone originating from you. Each creature in the cone must make a DC DC 13 CON save or become blinded for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. The pipe gem regains any used charges when you finish a daily rest.

When you drink this potion, you gain the “enlarge” effect of the enlarge or reduce spell as if it were sacrificed.

This small packet contains a small amount of gray, ash-like dust, just enough for one use. You can use an action to sprinkle the dust over water. The dust turns a 3-square cube of water into one marble-sized pellet that floats or rests where the dust was sprinkled. The pellet’s weight is negligible. You can also sprinkle this dust on a creature. Doing so requires an improvised weapon attack but is considered a finesse weapon. On a hit, if the creature is not undead or a construct, they must succeed a DC 13 CON save or take 2d6 necrotic damage, or half as much on a successful save. If the creature is an elemental composed mostly of water, they must make the save or take 10d6 necrotic damage, or half as much on a successful save. This dust does not affect undead creatures or constructs.

These glass bottles are covered in copper mesh. Each holds electrical energy suspended within an astral fluid. The glass breaks when thrown at a creature, and its electricity is released. As an action, you can throw this flask up to 30 feet, shattering it on impact. Make a ranged attack against a creature or object, treating the bottled lightning as an improvised weapon. The target takes 1d6 lightning damage on a hit and must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target is stunned until the end of its next turn.

While you wear this cloak, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and saves.

You can use a focused action to pull the fuzzy object from the bag and throw it up to 4 squares. When the object lands, it transforms into a creature. The creature is friendly to you and your companions and acts on your turn. You can use a quick action to command the creature. Without such commands, the creature acts appropriately to its nature, as determined by the GM. The creature remains for 1 hour or until it reaches 0 HP, at which point it vanishes. Once per day, this armor can be activated as a reaction when you are hit by an attack. When activated, you gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class against the triggering attack, which can negate that hit.
Quantity: 1
This flat iron, 3-foot-long rod has a button on one end. You can use a quick action to press the button, which causes the rod to become magically fixed in place. Until you or another creature uses a quick action to push the button again, the rod does not move, even if it’s defying gravity. The rod can hold up to 8,000 lbs. of weight. More weight causes the rod to deactivate and fall. A creature can use a focused action and make a DC 30 Athletics check to move a rod. On a success, it moves the rod 1 square.
